film — Revue Noir

After the Opera.

A 90-second film and stills series about the long walk home — motion blur as a feeling, not an accident.

A black-and-white figure caught mid-motion in a tailored coat, face blurred.

Notes

Revue Noir wanted a cover film with no product and no plot — just a mood you could wear home. We shot at 1/15th of a second and let the city smear, then graded it the colour of an old gilt frame.

The page is set in the dark on purpose: this is the one project where the index goes nocturnal. Gold type, black ground, a single figure refusing to resolve.

If it’s sharp, it’s a document. We weren’t making a document.
